Amundsen Sport creates outdoor sportswear inspired by Roald Amundsen's experiences. With their brand stores in Oslo, Colorado, and New York, they are now laying the foundation for omnichannel customer journeys by selecting a new POS and payment solution that can be integrated with their existing ERP, ECOM, and WMS from Visma Net, WooCommerce, and Ongoing, respectively.

With the help of Weavo, Amundsen can now freely choose the best solutions for them at any given moment. Currently, their need was to have the same POS provider in all stores and lay the groundwork for more and improved customer journeys.

By using Weavo to connect the POS from Front Systems with Visma Net ERP and WooCommerce, they will achieve:

  1. Consistent prices across all channels
  2. Display of store inventory online
  3. Implementation of the same modern POS in all stores

Soon, Amundsen will also offer click and collect and order-in-store to drive more sales both online and in-store. Additionally, they will have the capability to sell from the online store in physical shops in cases where items are out of stock in-store.
